House Mouse Mid Week................Paper Piecing !!!

Our Midweek challenge is of course the very talented Dorte Kvist who is hosting and chosen this super FUN theme;

~Paper Piecing~

Papercraft paper piecing is;  cutting pieces out from a design and layering them on paper. This is a versatile technique and easily adapted. Rubber stamps designs are often used for paper piecing projects. A design can be stamped several times on a piece of paper and then these can be cut and adhered to a project. See Paper Piecing for a step by step guide to this technique.

ALL challenges have the alternate option of *ANYTHING GOES* too!  So come PLAY ALONG with us and enter your projects using stamps, CD images or decoupage by;

My image is House Mouse Designs called Tubby Bears featuring Patch, Pebble and Biggly,  aren't they just adorable. I coloured the image with Copics and deiced to look a little like a bathroom.  The background papers are from a Simon Says Stamp Kit, also the towels and bathmat  which I  pieced. Beneath the image
Below the 'wallpaper' I use Simon Says Stamp Stamp Woodgrain cardstock and aso the 'shelf' make with a MFT Blue Print 13 Die-namics. I embossed a 'vase' full of Simon Says Meadow Rue craft die and their Forest Tree craft die. In the shelf I added some nautical  MFT Sea Charms
