Less is More...................Flowers!!

I was fed up with packing everything into boxes and/or sat on the internet or telephone trying to book my cat onto a  flight - he already had his passport, he's chipped and had is rabies and other inoculations renewed. He has to have a vet at the airport x.ray him and a health examination.   Yes I have a passport but I haven't been chipped nor have I had any heath check. I could have any health problems or diseases but I just book a ticket and get on board at less than half the price than it cost the cat!!!
It somehow doesn't make sense!!!

Anyway - due to the traumas of last week or so I cut off and decided to make a card - I was in the middle of packing this one and the  Hero Arts Delicate Blossoms would be perfect for the Less is More less is more current Challenge - Flowers.
This is one of my favourite Hero Art stamp - I usually colour it in blue - for a change I decided to use the more usual Poppy colour - red. I have to say I prefer it with blue!!!
My copics (apart from a few) are packed away and used to colour this image with a mixture of
Prisma Colours and Polychromos. I used the Thinking of You die making a couple of layers - the first one red to create some dimension!!

I hope you are all having a great weekend and can catch up with you soon, probably when I settle back in the UK!!!

Anytime I see a card with poppies, I am immediately drawn to it...and your card is no exception! I, too, love this stamp but I don't use it that often. You've inspired me...maybe I'll color it in blue. I do love this poppy red, though.
