I found this very difficult - I am useless at using bright colours - I use the brightest one I could cope with are papers from Basic Greys Dasher which are actually Christmas paper.
My image is one from Saturated Canary called yoyo and ooops what an idiot I have forgotten to colour her in her yoyo - derrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I shall but that right and colour the rest of them with
Copics . I love here dreadlocks although it was rather time consuming!!!
I did try to colour the details with 'BRIGHT & BOLD' but failed - I decided the decided that white is bright and stuck with that. the leaves are from Cheery Lynn and the flower from Memory Box Cherry Blossom and Fancy Blossoms.
I added a little cow and attached them with some small beads - supposedly resembling dreadkocks - and added a small charm.

Goodness Heather - Flower Power! Absolutely stunning with those dreadlocks & your use of white for the flowers. Love your dangly charm thinky too - echoes her yoyo beautifully.
