A very quicky - I have a 'man' cutting some tiles in the kitchen - I've done 90% but come stuck at cutting the tiles. They are very thick and I keep breaking them. I've measured them (rightly I think ???) and he sill cut them - then I can stick them on and grout - pheww - that is finished thank goodness!!!

I think my card speaks for itself - the little image is quite large and an absolute pleasure to colour. Being large it leaves little for embessing so I stuck to leave a Peg Stamp around the borders of the image - and that is that.  I have left as many links as I could below.

LIM - Colour Challenge

This week Less is More is time for a new colour challenge. 

I have been sorting out some very neglected stencils so whilst they were out I thought I should used a couple.

This hear I have used one of the new Saturated Canary Fairy 'Ribbon Fairy' - I'm loving these new fairies and suspect you would be seeing many more!!!

The Basic Grey papers used it Porcelain - my last big sheet - boo-hoo - I just hope I can get more!!!

I took ages to put this together - I couldn't decide on embellishments - eventually I opted out to let the image take main stage and just add a few leaves and flowers plus part of the Memory Box Tiffany Frame to fill in the little gap on the top left.

LIM.......Penny Black

I'm just about in time for the new Less is More the theme this week is to use a  'Rubber Stamp' and them DT are showcasing Penny Black. I have quite a few Penny Black images so I thought it would be a good idea to use them. The second part of the challenge is to use water colours - I have cheated on this part by using a combination of used both Copics and water colours!!!

Oh This was fun!!! I really wanted to but all the  Lawn Fawn Critters in the Forest onto one card - I failed although I managed most of them. The downside - the was the amount of masking was a nightmare and getting them in the right place truly strained my brain!!!

I masked the images and then used a brayer with inks to create the background and then went on to colour the images..

Hot my finest card - my little Mousie is in the wrong potion - he should have been further up the hill, but then he looked to big  - halfway would have been better. I still haven't got my MoJo back!!!

 At the moment I keep losing my 'phone line/internect connection - it flicks on and off so I'm spending post of my time sat keeping my eye on it so I can jump in when it does so a quick post!!!

I have some 'stuff'' in a unnamed bottle - I don't know what it is or where it came from. You can glitter it, heat it and it goes fluffy - can anyone tell me what it is???

LIM............Washi Tape

 This week challenge  for  Less is More is Washi Tape - I really did intend of not doing this - I hate and abhor Washi Tape with a vengeance .

There are always things in live you don't want to do but you have to!!!

This I have decided it is one of those things so I grit my teeth and got on with it

I use three colours and shapes and used it with a patchwork effect, entered with leaves and a flower as the center.

The second one (always a glutton for punishment!!) is from the Simon's Says Stamp Card Kit September - it is a fantastic Kit - gorgeous papers, stamps and all sorts of goodies - I've show them below. I really don't think I did it justice!!!

I hope next week's challenge is something I find lest troublesome for me!!!
