Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

ADD SOME SHIMMER

I used Drink Me Silly Magicals Pigment Powders

 I used Simon Says Stamp Artful Flowers and love the effect the shimmer paints have. I also used a MFT Leafy Flourish Die to create a negative for the glittery yellow paper to show through.
