   ~ POP-IT-UP ~

There are so many ways to *POP-UP* your projects and we cant wait to see what you'll come up with!  Just have fun. Check out the Design Team's amazing samples below for great inspiration.

Well, I shan't be doing this again for a while. I spotted a card on Pinterest - just a fold with cuts lifted and joined together - this just had one little snowflake hanging from it. I didn't want it plain and boring so I thought it would be good to adapt for my little mousies.
It took ages to work up the sizes and shapes (and dozens of pieced of paper) to get it right

I kept the 'arch' simple - primarily because I'd run out of time and patience to get it more church like.
Decorating it was pretty easy - I made a slot through the middle of the card to add the wedding images, folder them and stuck them beneath the coloured cardstock. I used acetate to attach the heart 'confetti' throwing from the little mouse at the 'church porch'

Now my next problem was photographing it - flat out on the floor with as much light I could fine.
In the end I'm glad I enjoyed making it and at the end I like it!!!

Di's BIO:  {I have been drawing since a child and studied graphics at College many years ago, I now work as a Medical photographer part time but my love was always drawing. I started cardmaking about 4yrs ago when I bought my daughter a cardmaking kit which we did together, but I’m afraid I got the bug! My daughter preferred scrapbooking. I then started looking online at other blogs and this then became my passion and I loved sharing my cards with like-minded people.  I love stamping and loved finding images, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted so I started to draw myself. This then has become my second addiction and I have never looked back, I love thinking of new images, and its just fabulous to see others take them and make them into beautiful works of art. Long may it continue! }

Heather, anyone can see all the work that you put into this beauty, but it was most certainly worth it. It is gorgeous, but maybe once in a lifetime is good enough for both a married couple and this type of card. LOL Just lovely. Enjoy your day.

Well, it was certainly worth all your work! Amazing card, and love that little mouse couple colored up to perfection!!! The hearts on the acetate are wonderful, look like they are floating in the air or being thrown by the little mouse.
Wonderful, creative card, Heather, and just as beautiful as can be.

Sue
