I have been have a Shabby Chic mood coming on for a while - the basic card has been waiting to be embellished so time and the opportunity arose with this Love Fest at Splitcoast Stampers.
I started by using the Impression Obsession Cling Stamp Crackle with Simon Says ink Dark Chocolate, using Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Hearts in various sizes and layered them up with each other. I wanted to use Simon Says Stamp Holiday Shapes but not just have them 'sit' there so I attached them to wire and had them floating - it does look more impressive than I managed to photograph it.
When I'd eventually decided on the embellishments this is the result.
The floating hearts - not a brilliant photo!!!

This is a fantastic shabby chic design! I just love the marble look of the background that you created with your crackle stamp. Beautifully decorated with hearts and flowers, and the color scheme is perfect for this style.
This is gorgeous, Heather! I love the bouquet of hearts!
