Everybody Art Challenge - A Sketch

This week we have a sketch for you at Everybody Art Challenge,
My internet connection has been restored - I suspected it was the local workmen has something to do with it. I was told it couldn't be that but it started when they arrived and it stopped as soon as they backed up scaffolds and 'stuff' and it stopped -  'go figure'!!!

I've used the Little Tilda from the Summer Breeze collection and coloured her with  Copics,.
The border of the image is from Simon's STAMPtember® 2013, I love their stamps and brilliant for so many fabulous uses. I wanted a simple border and Simon Says Stamp Nautical Borders was perfect for me.
