The Basic Grey papers I have used this challenge is Serenade and the base is Tim Holtz Tag
I have used Stamping Bella Luccile send Oodles of Love (a perfect size for a tag) and coloured her with Copics.
I have edged the tag with a Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles and added a Memory Box Twirled Heart Border. The sentiment is part of the Luccile send Oodles of Love and stamped on Bazzill Vellum - I used Memento Ink but it is not very noticeable - I think I shall remove it and add one using Versafine. The brad attached with the ribbon (from stash) is Amereican Crafts Brads
