Being in my wishy-washy way I couldn't mAke my mind up what to use - I've had a candle on my shelf for ages so eventually decided that was it!!!
I've covered the base with some frilly lace - added Memeory Box Lorelai Leaf and a mixture of flowers - Primas Powder Puffs, Prima Mandarine Blue and Sugar Plum Carribean among others. I cut a tag with Nestabilities Label Eleven. The image is Wee coloured her with Prisma's, and inked the edge with Colorbox inks and tied it with a Twine.
