We are showcasing LAWN FAWN  PRODUCTS  this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used

I have showcased Lawn Fawn producys -  Let's Polka Mon Amie,  Large Stitched Ovals stackable  along with their Stitched Scallop Boarders.

I have used the Stampendous Winter Birds and coloured them with Copics...........I would like to coloured them again with water coloured!!  I added the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Flakes Die - I love this set of smaller flake dies perfect for a multitude of uses.

Everybody Art Challenge..........A Stamp !!

I used a photograph from the 'Universal Soldier'

It is Low Manhattan Financial District, they have emblems of countries around the bas of the statue.

This statue blow me away - it as beautiful, I'm just sad it doesn't photo as well IRL!!

I have decided it was time  I started using my distress inks again - I am so out of practise so I coloured the image - it's not brilliant. As I used one of the image I've used before I thought it would be easier but am not sure about that.

I have lost the track of time - I scheduled the card to publish at GMT but of course my Computer has reset itself to New York time.

Here I am in New York, we have a Loft apartment in Manhattan, the first thing we did was take a walk to the Central Park to get some fresh air. This is the photo from the park across the Hudson River with fabulous skyline.

Simon Says.....Create Joy !!!

I have made another card from the Create & Joy  Release.

I started with the Simon Says White Cardstock120lb Base,  I added some of the Stitched Flakes around where the Stitched Slapes create the hills along with  the Village WaferDie

I cut and stamped the Stamp & Die Ready Set Snow. I coloured the cute images with Copic Markers - aren't the adorable with such sweet faces??

My showcasing this week is May Arts Silver Metallic String. I have been making Christmas cards that need a box and decided to embellish it with this challenge. Rather than just tie it with the twine I decided to add swirls and/or flourishes/ This wasn't the best idea - I usually used fine ribbon but I struggled swirling the mettalic string.
