LIM.......Two or Four legs !!!

The challenge at Less is More is a 'Lucky Dip' and is......

2 or 4 Legs.

I don't know whether that is go or bad as I have so much choice, too much choice!!!

I do have one image never coloured as yet which will be used ASAP, meanwhile I have some of Tim Holtz Bird Crazy Sdy out so I quickly coloured one up and coloured them with Loew-Cornell Watercolor paints and added a Tim Hoptz Just Sayings Clear Stamps.

This must be one of the quickest stamp I've ever made!!!

LIM........Metal

This is my challenge for  Less is More this week which is - Metal!!

I've had this huge 'charm' pushed around my desk for weeks, perhaps even months. wondering how to use it - the challenge is the answer!! 

I wanted it pretty  simple for the metal charm to take priority so  I used am embossed border and a sentiment.  

I'm not happy about the sentiment - I never had one that is either the right one of size!!!

I think it's time I created some of my own Digi images!!

I did make a card for last week but couldn't get a photograph as  I glittered it and it just looked rubbish to I abandoned it but decided to show the best photo anyway!!!

As we are showcasing AVERY ELLE PRODUCTS - I had not doubt which of their product to use. Some time ago I was lucky to visit Kenya's Giraffe Senctuary - I fell in love with the adorable Giraffles so I obviously chose the What's Up image. 

The card just designed itself - I wish I could locate the photograph of a little Giraffe towering above above me against the blue sky, sun shining down and among the trees.

I started stamping the image on cardstock but decided to cut  him out and add Scotch Foam tape to add more definition. I used Memory Box Leafy Branch  cut out several times in three different shades of DoCrafts Capsule Paper Stack in green, cut them up and used Aleene's Original Tacky Glue to apply.

I did start with a square card but which having used a tall thin image a tall card would make a better balence.

I love this cute Magnolia image called Sneaky Tilda. I used the Docrafts papers from this card and decided to colour Tilda with their card stock. I used primarily with Primas but touch a few little with Copics. I used a background using Simon Says Bokeh Lights stencil with their various inks

I love this image although I doesn't use it too often as it takes a lot of colouring!!

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

We are showcasing THE CRAFTERS WORKSHOP PRODUCTS today and I chose to use Mini Rounded 6 x 6 Templace. I watercoloured the background and when it had dried I use the template with Dreamweaver White Embossing Paste, I wanted a focus so I left some of the some of the paste free for this - probably too much!!
I have used the Simon Says Clustered Leaves, Bella Bloom and Memory Box
Cherry Blossom and Fancy Blossoms as the focus along with  a Simon Says Small Folded Banner and Thanks stamps.
