Simon Says Stamp....Hop To It !!!

Now it's the time for Simon Says Stamp new release called  'Hop It To' - such a wonderful variety selection. - your can see it all HERE

This set is called Artful Flowers and have stamped them with Simon Says Premium Ink -Lavender Purple. I stamped the solid stamp to create a 'cluster' of flowers - I added a few leaves from Flower Friends using Simon Says Beanstalk Green. I completed the card added

Simon Says Stamp Shaker Shack Beads tiny beads in the flower center, used a Crafter's Companion Embossalicious Lattice Folder mounted on Simon Says Lavender Purple and finalized with Do Crafts Satin Ribbon.

Simon Says..........Add a Little Texture !!!

 Another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and this week the challenge is.................

ADD A LITTLE TEXTURE

As we are 'Adding a Little Texture' this week I have usedSimon Says Stamp Diagonal Stripe on the first card and Simon Says Stamp Medium Dots, Diamond Circles and Ring Cluster on the second. My embossing papers went funny and lumpy and yellosish!!! I added a little water - no help so I put into a small Kenwood blender, added a little vodka (thinking alcohol would help) and whizzed it. It worked although did end still lemony not white.

I used the adorable Stampendous 'Nesting Bird', and coloured her with Copics.

The sentiment on this card is from Stending and Wishing stamp stamped with Ranger Super Fine Embossing Powder.

I use the Newton Nook image called Flirty Flamingos, I stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Simon Says Ultra Thick white cardstock. 

I coloured the image with Copic Sketch Markers and sentiment Flirty Flamingos, from the set with the Memento's.

I nearly forgot to publish this post - it's been in here since early Sunday - it's been a strange week so far!!!
