Simon Says....... Joy's Summer Inspiration :-)

This week we have another great challenge for you......

JOY'S PHOTO INSPIRATION ! :-)

we are all using Hero Arts Products on our cards this week .You don't have to to join in but if you have some then we would love to see it used on your creations .

I stamped, using  Translucent  parchmentthe paper with a Hero Arts Striped Flower using Frost White Ink from Colour Box.
I sued Hero Arts White Embossing Powder with a Heat Gun.
I cut out many, many layers of the flowers diminishing the size along, I used Copics to colour them the 'back' of the image -  I used Glossy Accents.

The papers are First Edition Up, Up and Away and used the the Martha Stewarts punch -  Cherish.
I used two flowers stamps Hero Arts and one image. of them.

Roses Everybody for Art challenge

Everybody At Challenge     has our new challenge this week - ROSES !!!

My image is the beautiful Springtime from the amazing Krista.  This time I have coloured it with Prisma colours - the papers are from  Prima and called  Batonical.

I have been a good girl and do the box straight away rather than letting it work.  I had to make the usual larger cox and the roses are rather bulky!!!

I have used three Martha Stewart puches - Garden Trellis and Butterfly and a Magnolia Doohickey Leaf and Swirl 

The flowers are from mainly Prima and the Sentiment is TPC Studio's.

Basic Grey - Clean and Simple!!

We have a new Basic Grey challenge this week, CLEAN and SIMPLE, something of a contrast from with loads of  bling etc. last one.

There is not much I can say about this one - this is called Krista's 90's Girl and coloured in Copics.
The papers I have used Out of Print  and back by Bazzill papers and used a Marianne Creatable flourish. 
I used the backing paper embossed and wondered why I bothered as it will not show on the photograph but I will try again.
I wonder why it takes me  10x as long to make a Clean and Simple card than a card full of a highly embellished one and still make such a disgusting mess to cleared up!!!

 I have the inside to compliment the
out and I have just about managed to show some of the embossing.

I think I need some phogographic lessons!!!

Another find!!

I have found another card, as yet ignored!!

 This one is an image from Zoe at  Make-it-Crafty  and coloured by Copics. Now I am devastated - when I went into my Make it Crafty file - errr - it was empty???? All my other films are OK  just than one empty. I have search everywhere - put a search on it - I suspect I shill have to re-buy them.
I have decided to leave this with little embellined leaving the image to speak for itself.

Simon Says...Diamond Jubilee, Crowns, and Gems!

This week we have another great challenge for you. As you are all aware the lovely Queen Elizabeth has been on the throne for 60 years !

BE PATRIOTIC, CELEBRATE the DIAMOND JUBILEE, add CROWNS and/or GEMS!!!!

HUGE variety of choice for this week - as long as your project entails one or more of these themes, you will qualify to win!!!!

I have chosen the  The Queen of Hearts from Penny Black from Mo Manning,  I've coloured her with
Prisma Pencil , I'm really liking these at the moment!!! I have used gold Stickles for her Crown.
 I ekpt the paper plain but used  Cuttlebug embossings with Textile and D'vine Swirl. 
I have use the flower with Memory Box dies cuts with Fancy Blossoms and Cherry Blossom - supposedly looking like the  Royal 'Tudor Rose' - Hmmm - you might have to stretch your imaginations!!!
I have used the Spellbinders border with Spades  and used Hero Arts Diamonds.

Everybody Art Challenge

Everybody Art Challenge this week is a  fabulous sketch by Domi.

My image is Millie by LOTV and coloured with Copics and the border is used by Stemplglede

The flowers are used with Memory Box dies using Cherry Blossom and Fancy Blossoms - I think I have become somewhat addictive of these at the moment. The flourishes are by Marianne's Creatables.

The papers are by Raspberry Road Designs and all finished with a doily and ribbon.

One of the little Gruffie does look a trifle cold and shivering.  The image is called 'Beach Time Fun' and challenged by 'Patch' and 'Biggly' The image is culoured with Copics and the colours are a variety papers - had these used for another image that didnt work with them so I used them for these as they were ready and waiting!!!
